But won't get near a treadmill!
Kirstie Alley, who famously lost 100 pounds since competing on Dancing With The Stars, admits she loves to dance to keep the weight off, but using treadmill would make her slit her throat!
At Tuesday night's finale of the ABC reality competition show she told sources that she dances "almost every day", explaining:
"[DWTS] gave me something I can do every day that I actually love that doesn't feel like a hardship or a grind. Come on, getting on a treadmill every day would make me slit my throat."
If that's the case, we're glad she's found a replacement for the cardio machine. Ha!
The 60-year-old actress shared that after losing weight, "maintenance probably is the hardest part."
Luckily, she still remembers what her dancing partner, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, taught her during her stint on the show last Spring.
"To warm up, I do the cha cha that Maks and I did," she says. She also regularly attends a ballroom fitness class which "kicks your ass, it's crazy."
Keep it up, gurl! You look fantabulousss!
