We'll admit it: LL Cool J is super charming!

That became very apparent when he showed up on the Talk to teach the gals some hilarious turkey workouts for Thanksgiving!

We're not sure anyone will ever use them for legit purposes, but hey, it looks like a fun time and we got to put Sharon Osbourne into some pretty funny situations!
