Yoga Might Help Insomnia AND Menopause

Yoga Insomnia Menopause

This is a completely different take on Yoga, which has been deemed evil and part of Satan's work by the Vatican.

If helping insomnia and menopause is the devil's work, though, we might have to admit we're wrong.

A small study is now suggesting that a few yoga classes a week could help with sleep issues and side effects of menopause

"We are not saying that yoga can cure postmenopausal symptoms. But it can improve and relieve them."

After just four months, the women who did the yoga with menopause reported less of the symptoms than the group that didn't do yoga.

"This is part of the accumulating evidence that shows the benefits of yoga. Doctors are starting to recommend yoga, not just for menopause, but for a variety of conditions."

Plus, yoga classes are pretty cheap nowadays. And once you learn some stuff, you could do maybe one class a week and the rest at home. Easy!

That makes a lot more sense than "it's the devil's work" for sure! Ha
