Power Nap Instead Of Coffee Breaks

Instead of taking 20 minutes for a coffee break, perhaps you should be taking a 20 minute power nap and just grab a bottle of water on your way back to your desk — because it's starting to look like a quick naps completely outweighs the benefits of a jolt of caffeine!

A power nap will boost your memory, cognitive skills, creativity, and energy level:
