The muscular 50 Cent will author a new workout book.
Formula 50: A 6 Week Total Body Transformation Plan will offer a metabolic resistance training regiment as well as a nutrional guide.
Bodybuilding.com editor-in-chief Jeff O'Connell will co-author the book.
This won't be 50's first book either. The rapper recently released a young adult novel, Playground, as well as Pieces to Weight, The 50th Law.
50 said that he wants to help others "make positive changes and take charge of their overall health."
The health book will be released in January 2013.
