Mediterranean Diet May Help You Live Longer

Like fish and veggies? Those can help your life last longer.
Reportedly, Mediterranean diets, or diets that are low in cow, can have a 20 percent increase on lifespan.
Cheese and yogurt are acceptable however.
University of Gothenburg scientist Gianluca Tognon states that older people with a Mediterranean diet can live 2 to 3 years longer than those who don't.
The study was done in Sweden during a 40 year period and featured thousands of septuagenerians.
In another study, men aged 55 to 69 lived an average of eight years longer with a Mediterrance diet.
The moral of the study, stay away from the cow!
