Looks like Chelsea Settles doesn't want to Settle on her old lifestyle!
The MTV reality star said she tried every diet out there. But she said that when she changed her mindset, then we she saw the results.
I started to eat for the right reasons — for fuel — not because I was bored or emotional. I'd never really believed I could change. But as soon as I visualized what I'd look like if I did and stopped making excuses, change happened.
Now, Chelsea has gone from over 300lbs to only nine pounds away from her goal of sub 200.
She's lost a total of 116lbs!
Diet and exercise played a big part on her weight loss, said Chelsea. She also stated that everytime she looks in the mirror, it "feels like a dream."
Make those dreams happen, gurl!
