Taking on too much at once is just a ripe situation for failure when it comes to goals. Limit yourself, and take it slow — that's how you win the race!

And that's exactly what Kathy Kaehler is here to talk to you about! Check it out, here are some ways to keep your goals:

Sticking with it means that you have made this a priority. The exact reason as to why resolutions and goals fail… they haven't come with the realistic planning for them to actual follow through into your lifestyle.

Limit your list to just a few so you do not expect yourself to accomplish too many things, which would be unrealistic to accomplish within a busy year.

Create goals that are realistic and get support from family and friends. How great would it be to plan a trip with a friend or your family that you all join in together with the planning? Think about how much time and budget you have and anything else that could stand in your way. Nothing like deciding to take a cooking class that takes place in France and you live in Indianapolis! Give yourself reasonable time frames in which to create these healthy habits, not all need to be completed right away, all at the same time or by the time Survivor is over. One day at a time is what makes them successful, slow and steady like the turtle.

Fab! And SO TRUE!

Yeah, you'd feel awesome if you did everything on your list — but we tend to forget that we're going to feel awesome even if we do just ONE thing on the list!
