A restaurant loved by millions.
Dan Evins, the founder of Cracker Barrel, has passed away at the age of 76. No cause of death has been given yet.
"Danny was a straight-shooter and dedicated to authenticity. It was an honor and a responsibility that I took seriously to follow Danny as CEO, and then as chairman when he retired. Danny was the keeper of this special brand for so many, many years, and he left us with a strong culture that values quality and honesty. He will be missed deeply."
We know a number of people who can't get enough of Cracker Barrel, and know that there are many more out there.
He had touched the lives of so many people!
We're sorry for his family's loss, and hope that he's moved on to a better place!
