The D.A. even charged Ray J with sexual battery, despite the fact that police have said no crime of the sort was actually committed.

Nobody likes being constipated, but did U know that a healthy diet can help you avoid experiencing this pain in the butt (pun totally intended)?
A FitPerez reader is experiencing some bowel issues and, unfortunately, medicine isn't helping. For advice, they wrote nutritional therapy practitioner, Margaux Jean, asking:
For the past month or so, I have really been having some issues "down there". I will literally go days without having a bowel movement. I have tried all the powders and drinks at the pharmacy, but they don't seem to work. I have been really stressed out lately…maybe that's why I am constipated? Any nutrition tips to help me out with this? Thanks so much!
According to Margaux:
Thanks for your question and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing some digestive issues. Unfortunately, many of us experience constipation when we are stressed, not exercising, or not getting enough fiber in our diets. If you overuse laxatives, that can actually make the constipation worse! Fortunately, you can switch up your diet to "help get things moving", so to speak.
Get plenty for fiber in your diet from whole foods like raw fruits, vegetables, whole grains and seeds. Be sure that you are staying properly hydrated during the day. Coffee, tea, and soda doesn't count; make sure it's pure water. Bitter herbs have been shown to help with digestive issues. Try using some dandelion root, burdock leaf, ginger, and fennel to help stimulate the bowel. Try eliminating all refined foods from your diet and limit your intake of fried foods. Whole foods (like apples, pears, prunes, and beets) are best!
