Kristen Bell is 31, on a new hit show, and has been well-known for quite some time. You'd think all that pressure to stay thin and sexy would get to someone after a while.
For Bell, you thought wrong, because she has an arsenal of ways to deal with it all!
For starters, she sees a therapist. Not for any specific or horrifying reason, but to help her cope and endure everything life throws at her — in kind of a preemptive way!
But that's not all. She also deals with stress by exercising, even if she doesn't have a strict regimen:
"I go through spurts. Working out for me has nothing to do with body image — I refuse to look in the mirror and hate myself."
She combines fitness with pleasure, like going on hour-long hikes with friends! Runyon Canyon, anyone??
Also, she does Pilates and calisthenics to keep those abs tiiiiight!
