Her journey has been long and hard, but if we're to believe our eyes when we look at this magazine cover… Kelly Osbourne has achieved her goal of getting in shape — and what an incredible shape that is!
The thing is this, though: that picture on the cover was taken over a year ago!
We say that nobody should really care, because a quick look at recent pictures and the fact that she and her body are on TV pretty much every day of the week will prove that she's still in incredible shape.
So how did she do it? By changing her eating habits and working with a personal trainer — it helped her to keep off the pounds after Dancing With The Stars ended.
Fab! Hard work and eating right is the tried and true way to be healthy! We're so glad it wasn't a hard-to-keep-up fad diet!
