If you have a job, or are just extremely lazy, and you sit for more than 6 hours a day, your chances of heart disease goes up by 64%!!

That's SEVEN YEARS of quality life.

The good news is that it's easy to counteract!

Here's how you do it: Stand once an hour, and get 30 minutes of continuous activity a day.

The standing, though, should include moving, and you can totally brake that up if you don't have a length of time to spare:

This is the best part. We usually tell people to break it up into ten minute segments, but that's because it's the most practical. If I tell you that you can spread it out throughout the day, you're going to say, "Well, I stood up and walked across the room to my soda." What was that, about ten seconds? You'll start to micromanage. From my perspective, that's not how people should do it. But you could do it that way.

Take the long way to the bathroom, go talk to a coworker instead of emailing!

Set an hourly alarm so you stand up and move!

Use tv commercials as an excuse to get up!

It's easy, and you'll get 7 more years with the people you love! Amazeballs!
