Discover “green” smoothies. Don't worry, we're not talking about seaweed smoothies! Instead have a smoothie made of natural ingredients. It is a great way to start the day in place of cereal. If you start the day healthy, chances are you will end the day the same way.A good starter smoothie is sweet yet still green. Spinach, blueberries almond milk, coconut water, banana, cinnamon. Then begin to work away from the fruit with spinach, kale, cilantro, apple, lime juice water and a little salt. It might take a little getting used to, but your body will love you for it!
