Foxy-Licious hint #1: Choose H2O on the Go!!!!
How many bottles of water have you really had today!? Now let's add at least two more!!! The one thing our body craves is water, not diet soda!!! Water is the body's "principle chemical" that flushes out toxins and works as a transportation nutrients system or "taxi" for our bodies carrying all of the we need. Did you know we lose water ALL THE TIME?! YES we do!!! We lose more water than we think!!! It sneaks out as we breathe, workout, sweat, or reach higher altitudes. That means if you don't drink enough water you run the risk of dehydration which could leave you feeling tired, headachy, cranky, and suffering from lack of focus!!! That's sounds like a bad day, RIGHT!? But the good news is if you choose H2O on the Go, don't be surprised if your skin brightens and tightens, you experience having more energy throughout the day, and feel more confident in that polka-dot-bikini this summer because it also helps regulate calorie intake!!!!! Time to strut that stuff waterside!!!!
Foxy-Licious Hint #2: Have a belly rumbling, abs crunching laugh!!!
The best thing about laughing your butt off is that laughing is contagious and everyone is going to be affected!!!!!!! My favorite things are skipping, trying to tell a funny story, and laughing. What better way to exercise your face muscles??? People will want to laugh with you! Laughing relaxes the body, reduces stress and heart problems AND strengthens your immune system!! It's hilarious that something so fun can bring healthily people together!!!!!!! Sweeeeet - it's time for a PARTY!!!!
Foxy-Licious Hint #3: IT'S BEDTIME LADIES!!!
Before going to bed and setting that alarm clock… Do you ever ask yourself 'how many hours does my body need tonight?' How about a good eight hours!? Sounds good but it's already midnight and I have people to see who won't care about my eight hours of beauty sleep!!! Ahh so what is a girl to do!? Make it work!! Make the time for beauty sleep because a healthy sleep schedule gives us longevity!!! Even more important than eating healthy and working out. Those who find it hard to go to bed early run the risk of unnecessary weight gain just because our body lacks the energy to process food completely. Set up a solid routine (one that works for you) so you can wake up alert, focused, and ready to attack the day the healthy way!!!!!
Foxy-licious Hint #4: Be selfish and take some 'DIVA DUTY' time
This is my favorite time of the week to do my reading, paws and claws, grab a coffee, and put my phone on SILENT!!! Business is closed!!! I selfishly set aside this time to refresh and recharge my batteries. Fun right!? Think of ME TIME as a YOU DATE — you pick where you go, do what YOU want, and treat YOURSELF. Go for it! You deserve it!!!! Mwah!!
