Honey and Curry Glazed Wings
A Superbowl party wouldn’t be complete without buckets of fried hot wings and fattening dressing. Try this Indian inspired recipe and indulge without the guilt. Honey and aromatic spices give these wings a sweet and spicy kick, and oven roasting makes them crispy and tender without added fat. Serve with fresh mango spears and napkins. Makes about 60
3 pounds chicken wings (fresh or frozen, use the mix pack of mini wings and drumettes)
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp curry powder
¼ cup honey.
Combine all ingredients, and place in large zip lock bags. Marinate in fridge overnight. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil, and layer the chicken, while saving the marinade. Bake for 20 minutes, basting with remaining marinade, and rotate half way through cooking.
This sounds so good!
