What are strategies that can be employed by a boxer to tire his opponent out and conserve his own energy at the same time?
According to Alex:
I love the fact that people that come to my classes at DeLaBBC know that even though it is just to get in shape (no contact, the safest boxing classes in town) it is REAL BOXING!!! There are tons of ways to tire your opponent and the experience of a coach will help. One would be laying all your weight on your rival. This will tire out his legs, but you will be too close to his hands. Another tactic can be moving a lot and using your legs, but this will entail being in better shape than your opponent. The best bet is just a good old ass whoopin'! See you at the gym!
