Duffers for dollars

There's nothing like having a good time for a good cause!

Joe Sib, El Lay based comedian and host of 98.7's Complete Control Radio, hosted the 2012 charity golf game Duffers For Dollars.

A "duffer" may be a mediocre golfer by definition, but there is nothing mediocre about the money they raised!

Thanks to 128 music industry insiders participating, the event managed to raise $50,000 for the Unite The United and MusiCares charities.

Rockers like Jay Bentley of Bad Religion and Zacky Vengeance of Avenged Sevenfold attended the charity golfing extravaganza which supported two awesome charities that not only help out the music community, but local communities across the country!

We're glad to see that underneath all those tattoos, these hardcore musicians are kind hearted souls ready and willing to do good for the world around them!
