Hummus is a tasty, healthy dip for veggies and spread for sandwiches. It is a good source of protein and healthy fat. It is a Mediterranean dip made by blending garbanzo beans, olive oil, garlic and tahini (blended sesame seeds). You can get it at Trader Joes and any market!
