Beat insomnia by including foods that are high in B vitamins (like whole grains, leafy greens, wheat germ), calcium (yogurt, spinach, broccoli) and magnesium (apples, nuts, brown rice). Some other great foods to help you sleep include cherries, walnuts, endive, and basil. Limit your intake of caffeine, refined foods, and alcohol.
