You can whip this up in minutes, which is perfect for individuals who don't have a lot of time in the morning, but still want a healthy and filling breakfast.
- 1 scoop/serving of Whey Protein Isolate
- 1/4 cup of Blueberries
- 1 teasp. of Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1 teasp. of Chia Seeds
- Ice cubes to taste
Blend and enjoy!
The whey isolate and chia seeds are packed with muscle-building protein and fiber, while the coconut oil has many great qualities to improve your hair, skin and nails. Blueberries are full of antioxidants and also add a delicious flavor to the shake.
PS: I keep my Coconut Oil in the fridge so the consistency is solid and adds a creamy effect to the shake - delicious!
