Joint pain is terrible, even when it's just dull and barely there. It can be an annoyance, and it can be crippling.
Luckily, there are ways to help joint pain in conjunction with medicine — or without it!
Here's what Marg J has to say (that rhymed):
Do you experience joint pain? Are you achy and tired all of the time? Try incorporating more vitamin C into your diet by eating fresh foods like berries, oranges, grapefruits, and lemons. Vitamin C plays a role in the formation of collagen, a key component of cartilage and bone. Also be sure that you are including plenty of omega-3 fatty acids in your diet from foods like salmon, sardines, and flaxseeds. Calcium and magnesium are also important for promoting good joint health.
All these things can totally be found in your grocery store, so there's no reason NOT to try them!
Diet is a powerful thing!
