We're sure this question has run through your mind once or twice, but have you really been given a straight answer that didn't sound like someone's personal belief??
We've wondered the same thing!
Here's what one FitPerezcious Reader wants to know:
Wanted to know if smoking marijuana worse then smoking tobacco?
Enter Craig Nabat, our smoking expert!
Cigarettes are physically and psychologically addictive. Only about 4% of the population becomes psychologically addicted to smoking pot. Despite that marijuana is not physically addictive; it can still be harmful to your lungs. Marijuana creates tar within the body, which can potentially lead to cancer. In addition, there could be substances used in its cultivation that can also pose additional health risks.
If you are smoking pot, I’d recommend doing it in moderation to protect your health. In regard to smoking…Being a former pack and a half a day smoker myself, I personally despise how terribly addictive cigarettes can be. Quit if you are smoking, your life will be easier. You’ll no longer be a slave to the addiction. People who have never smoked cigarettes should consider themselves lucky for dodging that bullet.
To the point!
We love it!
