Sorry if we got our fellow Americans' hopes up, but we're going to have to wait a little (or a lot) longer to try Coors Light's alcoholic iced tea line.
Molson Coors Brewing Co. announced on Tuesday that their new brew will be released in Canada because consumers are more interested in flavored beers. The company did not mention when or if the product would migrate down south, but it didn't rule it out either.
Apparently, this is Molson's attempt to drive up profits. On top of the Iced T, we (or just Canada) can also expect a limited-time-only beer with citrus flavors called Carling Zest, plus an autumn-inspired Leinenkugels beer.
Will U be tasting Molson Coors' new products when they become available near you?
