As we mentioned earlier, Oprah Winfrey loves her man Stedman SO MUCH that she makes him a Love Sandwich.

Now U can learn how to make the Big O's signature sandwich and a few more of her personal favorite dishes when she shares the recipes for them in the upcoming April issue of O, The Oprah Magazine — the publication's FIRST food issue!

The media icon sat down with her longtime love to talk about cooking at home and he couldn't stop praising her kitchen skillz, raving:

“She makes great pancakes, too. She makes great eggs, she makes great steaks—I mean, you could go on and on and on. She’s just an exceptional cook and an exceptional person…And all the work she does and the effort she puts into anything she does.”

Although Oprah calls herself "absolutely an improvisational cook" who doesn't "like looking at recipes," she has included seven for you to try improvising yourself!

She's not giving out the full recipe for the Love Sandwich until you pick up the newest issue of her magazine on April 13, but here is the basic idea so you can start creating your own special version.

Grab a panini, melt hot pepper cheese over smoked turkey and fresh basil in a skillet or a panini press, which Oprah says it "takes the 'love sandwich' to a whole new level."

Since the weekend is upon us and everyone knows Saturday and Sunday are the BEST days to enjoy a quality breakfast, check out the recipe for Oprah's scrambled eggs with fresh herbs and cheese below!

Ingredients:

- 6 egg whites
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or oregano or chives
- 1 scallion , minced
- Salt and freshly ground pepper , to taste
- 1 ounce pepper Jack cheese or 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

Directions:

In a bowl, beat the egg whites and the yolk. Add the herbs and scallion, and season with salt and pepper.

Spray a nonstick omelet pan with cooking spray, heat the pan to medium, and pour in the eggs. Use a wooden spoon to move them around, making sure to scrape the bottom to prevent them from sticking. When they begin to come together, sprinkle on the cheese, and cook till they reach the desired doneness. Enjoy!
