Feeling the pains of PMS?

Here are 6 signs that what you're feeling might be more serious that simple PMS and could be PMDD:

MORE EMOTION THAN PHYSICALITY

LACK OF CONCENTRATION
Watch out for memory or concentration lapses, especially if they're interfering with your life. If you forget your keys or something, DON'T worry.
A few days, even a week, is fine. If you're terrible all month, time to figure some things out!
And ALWAYS talk to your doctor if you're worried. This is not something to mess around with, or think you'll just get over. It's serious, and should be treated as such!
