Need a quick way to tone your arms? Pump out a few sets of tricep dips! Using a chair or bench, sit on the edge with your elbows pointing behind you. Extend your legs out and lower yourself up and down the edge of the chair, focusing on using your triceps to power your move. Keep your chest up and look straight ahead. Your arms will look and feel instantly tighter!
