We think she's PERFECT the way she is, unless she's unhealthy!
That's why we totally support Adele's decision to take up pilates if she wants to feel better and to be in better health — because we can't believe she's doing it just to drop two dress sizes! That doesn't sound like her!
She's said to be working out with a personal trainer twice a week and going to Pilates classes.
Here's what a source said:
'Adele has found so much more energy now she's quit smoking. She really wants to get healthier, now that she's halfway there. She had always been curious about Pilates but until recently there just hadn't been any time.'
This is kinda surprising because she's been adamant that she's happy with her weight — which makes us think it's less about world pressure and more about feeling better!
