McDonald's has got to have some sort of record for most times sued.
Shelley Lynn, a California native, is suing McDonalds for turning her into a prostitute.
She used to work for McDonalds and got in a relationship with her boss Keith Handley.
She said her boss fired her to make her vulnerable to his demands…which involved buying her a house in Vegas so she could follow her dream of becoming a dancer.
But once she was in the house, he said to pay for it, she'd have to become a hooker at one of the legal brothels or risk losing everything.
She became a "top hooker" and began having sex with up to 12 men a night.
The complaint said:
"Handley then began pressuring Lynn on an almost daily basis, arguing… it was no big deal to engage in sex to make money, that she would lose her home and everything she had, which was true."
We feel horrible for this woman but how is McDonalds responsible?
She says they didn't conduct due diligence into the moral character of Handley and he should never been allowed to open a franchise.
Though we truly do feel for this woman, we'd be surprised if this suit is successful.
