I don’t need to tell you that we live in a stressful world. What I do need to tell you is that all of this anxiety can really wreak havoc on our bodies, especially on our adrenals. To promote healthy adrenal glands, be sure to include plenty of good quality, natural foods in your diet. Try eating fresh fruits like papayas, apples, pears, plums, and mangoes. Also incorporate plenty of organic vegetables into your meals and drink lots of pure water. Avoid too much coffee, alcohol, and soda.
