The TY KU Diet!

This is really cool.

Stephan Lyman lost 15 lbs by switching from drinking beer, wine or regular hard liquors to only drinking Shochu.

Which is just like TY KU!! (TY KU is a Shochu.)

He lost weight not by changing his food intake or starting exercising like crazy, but by just substituting Shochu for any alcohol.

He said:

"As of today I am down 15.6 lbs off my pre-diet weight. I weighed 177 lbs when I started and today I weigh 161.4. That's nearly 9% of my body weight lost in 30 weeks on this diet.

Yes, 30 weeks is a long time to be on a diet, but I finally achieved my goal. So I can now say … the shochu diet is finally over."

So just one simple substitution is all it took.

Stop with the heavy hard liquor and switch to something like TY KU and watch the pounds melt away!

We know we did!

Think now that Stephen's Shochu diet is over he'll jump right back into his old ways?

He said:

"There's no way I’m going to stop drinking shochu in favor of other drinks."

Way to go, Stephen!
