Feeling bloated? Want to wear sweatpants because you feel too full? Wipe out water retention by eating kiwi fruits, celery, sweet potatoes, and cucumbers. If you’re feeling a bit-backed up, start eating fiber-rich foods including apples, artichokes, oranges, and beans. Always drink plenty of water during the day to help stay regular and hydrated. The general rule of thumb for water consumption? Take your body weight, divide it in two, and that’s the minimum amount of ounces you want to drink daily.
