Basketball player Lamar Odom, husband to Khloe Kardashian, will suddenly be leaving the Dallas Mavericks!

Odom said:

"The Mavericks and I have mutually agreed that it's in the best interest of both parties for me to step away from the team.

I'm sorry that things didn't work out better for both of us, but I wish the Mavs' organization, my teammates and Dallas fans nothing but continued success in the defense of their championship."

Oh no! What will poor Khloe do? Who will she cheer on?

An insider very close to all of this said:

"The Mavericks are parting ways with Lamar today. Too much drama, not enough focus on basketball. He just couldn’t get past all his issues, whatever they may be, and concentrate on playing basketball."

Thinking they're hinting that being married to a Kardashian may be upping the drama factor in his life?

Well you'd be wrong!

The insider continued:

"It’s not anything with Khloe, in fact, she has been the smartest one in his group and has been pushing him hardest to stay focused on his job."

Hmm…

So then what's all the drama about??

Odom will be moved to the inactive roster for the rest of the year which means he could be traded to another team.

Lamar had easily the worst season of his career with only 6.6 points-per-game and 4.2 rebounds-per-game in 50 games.

Hopefully he finds a team where he can really get back into his groove and start throwing more crazy NBA money at Khloe.

Not like she needs it though, we just want everyone to be happy!!
