Brooklyn Decker has one slammin' body, as the kids say (or something), and she WORKS for it!
Gurl does not get lazy about it, and definitely enlists a trainer to help her keep on track!
Here's what that trainer said before dropping some knowledge on us:
“She is very coordinated and likes to push. Brooklyn works hard and has fun while she’s at it. Cardio will keep you lean, strength training will keep you strong and toned.”
She does a series of cardio circuits, mixing drills, and movements from basketball, soccer, tennis, and boxing.
Here's what she said about diets:
“I’m not a fan of diets, so I encourage people to practice eating habits that can be maintained. In an effort to lose weight, one might consider eating vegetarian or a vegan-based diet. Portion control is key. To maintain weight, it’s important to be consistent and don’t overeat.”
She then recommends taking a fresh juice with greens daily and making sure to get enough calcium, vitamin D, folic acid, and B12.
Sounds like a plan!
