Hi, it sounds to me like you are right around the average weight… boxers train to maximize the capacity of their muscles + cardio system, being able to hit, avoid, move, faster, harder for longer time (not a male enhancement promo) so yeah to tone up boxing is the perfect discipline to do it. How quickly will you see results? In my opinion it all depends on 3 factors: how hard are you willing to work, how athletic you are (biotype) and your eating. You can workout super hard and not eat properly and it isn't gonna show, you can eat right and train wrong… same results! Come by DeLaBBC, we do it right!
