Summer is coming and so is the opportunity to wear either a smoking hot bikini of a mu-mu. Your choice.
This might help:
1. Combine ¼ cup of orange juice, ¼ cup fresh lime juice, 1 tsp granulated sugar, and ¼ tsp of hot pepper sauce in a bowl.
2. Combine 2 medium peeled and cubed mangoes, 1 medium carrot peeled and grated, ¼ red pepper thinly sliced into strips, and ¼ cup of fresh chopped mint.
3. Toss with juice mixture to coat. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
(Goes well with large grilled or barbequed shrimp.)
