Hilary Duff is in no rush to lose all that baby weight, and honestly it's refreshing to see!
Most celebrity moms just can not wait to get all that extra weight they gained (with good excuse) over their pregnancy, so they go a little overboard on the fitness!
You're a new mom, enjoy it — that's what we say! And Hilary is doing just that… but she's not going to slouch on her health while she's at it.
Here's what she said:
"I just started about a week ago at SoulCycle and I'm addicted to it. It's a great workout and it's perfect because it's only forty-five minutes — where else can you sweat like that in forty-five minutes? I'm not stressing about it. I'm working out because I honestly missed it during my pregnancy –- getting in that good, hard workout. I need endorphins in my life to be a happy person. I want my body back but I'm not freaked out or anything — just working out and trying to eat a little bit healthier."
And THAT's the kind of attitude we love to hear!
As long as you're happy AND healthy, we couldn't care less if you're keeping that baby weight around for a while!
