Noel Gallagher, former lead singer of Oasis, wants a six-pack, but doesn't want to have to work for it.
Laziness and six-pack abs don't go together.
There were several bodybuilders on the set of his new music video for his song Dream On with his new band High Flying Birds.
He struck up a conversation with them, asking them what the best way to get a six-pack is.
One of the bodybuilder extras on set said:
"Noel was asking the bodybuilders for some top tips on getting into shape.
He said he’s naturally slim and doesn’t want to cart around stomach flab as his wife Sara keeps in such good shape. I told him to eat more protein and do 200 sit-ups a day. He didn’t look very impressed with the sit-up idea.
He said sit-ups are for posers and he just wanted to sit watching the TV with ‘one of those vibrating things on my belly like in the adverts’. I told him no way."
Ha! If those things actually worked then everyone would have six-pack abs and gyms would go out of business!
You should know the only way to achieve your goals is through hard work.
