Be good to yourself. Like Mary Poppins says be kind yet firm. Exercise regularly with discipline but find ways to keep it fun. Try new activities to keep your motivation levels fresh. If you “spin at the gym” try mountain biking for a change, if your yoga class is getting stale try switching teachers. Do not loose your momentum because working out begins to feel like a chore. If you are creative and enjoy what you do you will keep it up and reap the benefits of a body in motion.
