High Protein Parfait!!

Want something clean, lean and delicious to snack on next time you feel those morning or afternoon hunger cravings??

Try this high protein parfait, which will not only fill you up, but also provide your body with a nice serving of muscle building protein and healthy monounsaturated fats (the "good" fats).

The best thing about the recipe is that it will take you only a few minutes to prepare!

Deliciously Lean High Protein Parfait

Ingredients

1/2 cup Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup Bear Naked High Protein Granola
1/4 cup blueberries/blackberries
Handful of natural pistachios, almonds, walnuts (chopped)
Cinnamon to taste

Preparation

Place yogurt in bowl or cup, top with granola, berries and chopped nuts. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. It's that easy! If you want to impress your fitness friends, add a mint leaf on top (to make it look extra pretty)

This parfait is also great as pre-workout fuel, so mix it up before you hit the gym!
