Baskin-Robbins Teams Up With Men In Black For Out Of This World Flavors!

Baskin-Robbins MIB flavors

Mmm…nothing gets us hungrier than vanquishing alien scum from our universe.

Baskin-Robbins is taking advantage of the latest Men In Black movie to sell some old products and create new ones too.

The ice cream franchise is reintroducing "Lunar Cheesecake" into their line-up in partnership with Sony to promote Men In Black III. The flavor debuted in 1969 to commemorate our nation's first trip to the moon, but now aims to remind customers that they should totally go see Will Smith's newest movie.

Baskin-Robbins also worked with Hollywood producers to develop a few new treats for their customers which include two sundae's called the "Lunar Lander" and the "Agent 31". According to Stan Frankenthaler, Vice President of Innovation, the new flavors are designed to mirror the movie's "theme of unexpected twists."

What's so unexpected about these two sundaes? For starters, the Lunar Lander is loaded with marshmallow and yellow cake.

Say what!? We know you were probably expecting something totally predictable like brownies and hot fudge, but guess what? That's actually exactly what tops the Agent 31.

Hey, at least the yellow cake was an inspired choice. LOL!

That's okay, we're saving the best for last. In fact, it's so good we don't even know what it is yet because we have to wait until May 25 to see the movie! "Pink Surprise Cake" is supposedly a clone of a dessert featured during a "pivotal scene" in Men In Black III.

Whatever the surprise is, we hope it's better than brownies and hot fudge.
