Kelly Bensimon's 'Supermodel Diet'

Wanna look like model/Real Housewives star Kelly Bensimon??

She has revealed all her diet secrets in her new book, I Can Make You Hot! The Supermodel Diet.

The book includes some pretty amazing secrets, like her trick for losing 5 pounds in 3 days without cutting carbs.

She said the key to losing weight fast is cutting out sugar, oil, alcohol, salt, caffeine and nuts, then making healthier eating choices.

She said:

"It's all about nurturing yourself and not starving yourself."

Some of her other tips are using smaller portions, chewing food eight times instead of three of four and using mint gum as an appetite suppressor.

Aside from dieting, she recommends doing 20 minutes of exercise daily, getting 8 hours of sleep, taking a multi-vitamin and drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day.

So follow those simple steps and you may find yourself looking as fABulous as Kelly!
