Stay balanced (even if you don't do yoga.) Build flexibility while building strength. Too much of anything is harmful. You don't want to be as flexible as Gumby, but not be strong enough to get out of a yoga pose. Nor do you want to be strong enough to lift a small elephant, but not be able to bend down and tie your shoes. Be balanced and be strong.
