Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
Getting plenty of fluids is KEY to staying healthy while getting in shape and being active.
But don't just take our word for it — here's what Strikeforce Bantamweight World Champion in Mixed Martial Arts and Olympic Bronze Medalist in Judo, Ronda Rousey has to say about it:
As the Strikeforce Bantamweight world champion, I know a thing or two about the importance of hydration. I know everyone is tired of hearing it, but you need to drink water. LOTS of it. Most Americans are chronically dehydrated (do you know how many kids in Africa don’t have clean water to drink? Stop being lazy and chug!!!) If you’re not on the same annoying pee schedule as a pregnant woman on a road trip – then you’re still not drinking enough! Health benefits of adequate water consumption include decreased appetite, improved digestion, and a plethora of other things that I am too lazy to type on an iphone.
