Junior Seau Couldn't Handle Normal Life

Junior Seau apparently struggled with a problem many former pro athletes have — an inability to adjust to a life out of the spotlight.
As we previously mentioned, Junior Seau killed himself recently.
Former pro athlete-turned-actor, Rick Fox, said that when retiring from a professional sport, your life takes a major turn.
You go from the hero, to just a normal nobody — and some players find the change too abrupt.
Fox said:
"At the end of the day [Junior] shot himself in the chest, which is the heart, and a lot of people die of a broken heart when they leave the game. The real world is a rough place, man… depression is real."
So sad.
We hope his family takes comfort in the fact that their son was so loved by so many.
