Senser Wife Convicted

Minnesota Vikings star Joe Senser's wife, Amy Senser, killed a man in a hit-and-run, and she has now been found guilty of 2 of 3 counts against her.

There was actually a mountain of evidence that she did it — which was not really the issue at hand. The problem was proving these things: to prove that she knew she hit a person, to prove that not only did she know she hit someone but that she then failed to report it as soon as reasonably possible, and to conclude she acted with gross negligence.

To help get the convictions, there were photos, logs, and scene details. There were even texts released from her family — especially that of her oldest daughter Brittani, who was at first blamed for the whole thing.

One of the texts even read:

'Take responsibility 4 ur actions'

Others begged her dad to step up as the trustworthy man that everyone made him out to be, and come forward with information!

One of the jurors said that their main concern in finding the convictions was the damage done to her car. Meaning, one of her headlights was severely damaged, so how could someone not STOP immediately to check it out??

Either way, they found her guilty of 2 of them.

She's free until sentencing, which could have her seeing up to 10 years in jail for each count.

We think it was a very cowardly thing to do to not stop and report the accident, regardless if she didn't know she hit a person — there was still a car there. We hope she learns her lesson in prison, but even with that, it can never give that man his life back!
