Could exhaustion or dehydration from too many late night fitness sessions be the reason for the IV Drip pic she posted on Twitter??
Rihanna pretty much ALWAYS works out for at least 25 minutes a day, and that means that she'll work out at 2am if she has to!
Here's what her trainer, Harley Pasternak, had to say:
”Rihanna looks amazing right now. I've put her on a special 25-minute-a-day workout that consists of five mini workouts. She does it five days a week, wherever she is in the world. One of my trainers travels with her to ensure she does it, but as it only takes 25 minutes and can be done anywhere, it's easy for her to fit around her busy schedule and even her holidays.”
That other trainer, Ary Nunez, even mentions the craaaaaayzay hours:
”We train when she's ready. Even if we're on the road and it's 2am in the morning, I'm on call 24/7 with her.”
Harley went on to talk about her diet a little, too:
”She eats five small meals and snacks a day. These are made up of healthy carbs, like vegetables and fruit, healthy fats, like nuts or avocado, low-fat protein, wholegrains and sugar-free drink like green tea or Vitamin Water. One day a week she has a cheat day and can eat and drink anything she wants. Beer, chocolate, it doesn't matter. I just ask her not to tell me because I don't want to know!”
Sounds pretty easy to us — we bet a lot of people would benefit from a 25 minute workout and a diet like that!
Still, we hope that it wasn't the cause of the health scare… and that RiRi is doin' okay!
Let us know, gurl!
