Even though we've been thrilled to see Miley Cyrus taking such a pro-active role in keeping active and fit by working out daily at an El Lay Pilates studio, many seem to fear that former child star may be losing too much weight, as she has now dropped below 100 pounds at her 5'4" frame!
While sources close to Miley revealed that she started working out in December to prepare for a vacation on Hawaii, she now appears to be going above and beyond just her initial routine of core-training, by also adding on jogging and biking!
Private trainer Thomas Johnson observes:
“Miley is now underweight at 100 pounds. She is likely overtraining, which can increase her chances of depression and hypertension.”
While it's super important to stay active and exercising, it's just as valuable to know when your body needs a break and to let it heal and recover properly!

You don't want to push so hard that you hurt yourself - then you'll just be back at square one!
