In case you've forgotten already (or never cared in the first place), the New York Giants won Super Bowl XLVI! (That's 46.)
The white gold rings are from Tiffany & Co. and they were designed with help from the Giants' general manager Jerry Reese, head coach Tom Coughlin and the team captains: Eli Manning, Justin Tuck and Zak DeOssie.
The ring is inlaid with the Giants' "NY" logo and four Lombardi Trophies, each topped with a marquis diamond as the football.
It is also surrounded by 37 blue sapphires.
"Tiffany came up with several different options that they showed us and you kind of picked from there. We wanted it to be little different than the last ring."
"I think all of us wanted to have some blue in the ring, from the ownership down. We wanted to make the ring different from the ring we had earlier. The '08 ring had no color in it — it was just white diamonds. We wanted those to sparkle a little bit more and stand out a little bit more."
Well we'd agree, this certainly stands out.
It's absolutely FAB! Congrats again, Giants!
