As a new boxer - How many calories do I burn in a class 30 minute class?

Everybody will burn a different amount of calories. For example, an overweight person pushing them self hard in one of my classes has burned up to 1400 + calories and in the same class somebody, very close to their average weight, in pretty descent shape, burnt only 350 calories. So in average I would say 600 to 700 calories per hour!!!
That's a lot!
